SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

BlarnQ garments are handmade in Canada using traditional dyeing and batik techniques. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in colour, pattern placement, or minor dye marks are natural and part of the intended design — they are not defects and will not qualify as grounds for a return.

We strive for accurate product representation; however, colours and details may appear differently on your device screen due to display settings. We do not warrant that products will meet your exact expectations.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and availability without prior notice, and to discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders are confirmed only once payment is processed and accepted by us.

Please review your order carefully before submitting — once accepted, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include taxes, duties, shipping, or handling fees unless expressly noted.

We reserve the right to change pricing without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of purchase, as confirmed in your order email.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for delivery delays once an order is in the hands of the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier receives the order from us.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy is intentionally limited to protect the nature of our handmade products. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

• All returns must be pre-approved via email. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Handmade variations (including dye marks and pattern placement differences) are not defects and will not be accepted as reasons for return.

• Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale.

BlarnQ is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and BlarnQ. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, orders, or transactions.
