Refund policy


At BlarnQ, every piece is lovingly handmade in Canada using traditional dyeing and batik techniques. This means each garment is one-of-a-kind, and slight variations in colour, pattern placement, or dye marks are a natural part of the making process — not defects. These natural variations are part of the beauty and authenticity of your piece and will not be considered valid grounds for a return.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will always work with you if there is a genuine issue with your order.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged (not due to transit packaging being opened), or you received the wrong item.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at blarnq.us@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

  • The return is pre-approved via email and the item is sent back within 14 days of approval.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached

  • In original packaging, with proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior email approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with natural handmade variations (including dye marks, batik patterns, or slight irregularities)

  • Custom orders or made-to-measure pieces

  • Sale items and gift cards

Return Process

  1. Email blarnq.us@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you with the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the approved item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of both the packaging and the item so we can assist you.
