Shipping policy

At BlarnQ, every piece is handmade in Canada with care, using traditional dyeing and batik techniques. This means each garment is unique, and our made-to-order approach requires time to ensure the highest quality before it reaches you.

Processing Times

  • All orders require up to 10 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or the time your order spends in transit.

  • If we anticipate a longer processing time (for example, during high-volume seasons), we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays.

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and we cannot refund shipping fees for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada and to select international destinations.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees applied by their country’s regulations.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Changes requested after this time may not be possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • If your package is lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed, BlarnQ cannot provide a replacement or refund.

  • If your order arrives damaged, email blarnq.us@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

Multiple Shipments

  • To ensure safe delivery, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
